CIMCO CMMS the affordable Maintenance Management System, built using the experience of the CIMCO ERP Consulting team, CIMCO CMMS offers major enhancements to manage all maintenance activities.
The EFACS E/8 unique “Variable Component Architecture” enables modifications to be made to standard EFACS E/8 without onerous code changes and re-compilation, or structural changes to the standard database. ERP systems typically need tailoring to the precise needs of the Company. We have designed EFACS E/8 to make this process straightforward, economical, and with high stability.
Project Management
Efficient Project Management is vital to the success of any implementation. The appointed Project Manager will be accountable within CIMCO for the project and will manage all other resources and activities. The CIMCO Project Manager will work closely with the customer's project team, and will manage the project plan against key project milestones, attend steering meetings and assist at a strategic level with the project.
Implementation
Working with the Project Manager will be a number of application consultants who will assist with the detailed aspects of the implementation. Tasks include personal tuition for specific users, mapping business practices to our software, the development of procedures and general implementation activities. CIMCO follow a set methodology for system implementation. This methodology provides the "road-map" onto which appropriate additional services are loaded.
Consulting
CIMCO’s specialists also advise on communications, offering
solutions to connectivity problems within large and small
organizations and between branches and affiliate offices across the
country and the world. While not concentrating in selling hardware,
CIMCO’s technical engineers have thorough knowledge of the most
modern equipment available. CIMCO’s consulting services include
advice and recommendation of hardware which, when combined with
MRPII and ERP CMMS software, will allow management to effectively
control the business processes, minimize costs, and allow for
expansion and growth.
During an implementation, it may be necessary to review key
technical areas, and how they can impact the project. CIMCO has a
number of technical consultants who can assist with such activities
as – performance tuning, archiving, network and database
infrastructure design.
Training
CIMCO offers training on Maintenance Management theory and Computer
maintenance management systems.

Software Customization and Data Conversion
CIMCO will allocate a Business Analyst to handle these aspects of an
implementation, under the guidance of the Project Manager. This
service is provided on a per day basis for analysis and design work.
Any actual programming work will be performed at a fixed rate, as
defined in CIMCO's Bespoke Software Estimate/Bespoke Software
Quotation Procedure.
Help desk
A telephone hotline support service is provided by a support desk
manned with dedicated support engineers. Technical assistance is
available from other application and software engineers when
necessary. A modem will be attached to the customer's server to
allow the support desk to perform on-line diagnostics, data
transfer, program updates and so on.
