Modules

Asset Management:  Helps to organize and group all assets and their maintenance program requirements.  This information is integrated with other modules within the systems and it is used to track the operation analysis maintenance cost, asset value, and productivity of those assets.

Stock Control One of the most important tasks in the Maintenance section is to make sure our spare parts are available when required.  The Stock Control Module monitors and controls all spare parts and their sourcing.  Every item can have a picture, purchase information and costs attached. By implementing re-order logic CIMCO-CMMS will recommend a purchase requisition for you every time when part is below its re-order point as well as looking at the future requirements.  You can be sure that maintenance orders will not be delayed because of any spare parts.

Scheduling   Every Preventive Maintenance for Equipment will be planned and scheduled based on your working calendar and available man power.  This will simplify resource planning in order to maximize productivity.  This also includes additional work tasks that may require the same group of people such as installation or urgent fix task.

Operation Control Day to day operation check provides a benefit to maintenance management.  We allow operation check process to more complex maintenance work order when the condition of asset are not normal (Condition base Maintenance)

Request Order Control Any Request Maintenance or service can be raised from any PC within the network.  CIMCO-CMMS will raise an alert to the maintenance team.  The requestor can set a priority, so the teams know how important each request is. The Maintenance team also can reschedule their current work to accommodate new requested work into their schedule.

Work Order Control Every type of job will get recorded and can be analyzed for the cost, utilization of team, and history of maintenance record.  It also allows users to build best practice for the solutions, and can retrieve information for further use.

Requisition and Purchase CIMCO-CMMS will help you raise Purchase Requisitions using logic of Material requirement planning.  All necessary information for the Purchase Department is available, as well the capability to interface with standard ERP packages on the market, thus simplifying processes and improving productivity
